Frequently Asked Questions
What Are The Minimum Requirements To Rent?
Renters must be at least 21 years or older with a valid FL driver’s license and approved to drive on at least one gig platform, and pass a satisfactory pre-screening. A 7-day rental minimum is required for all vehicles.
What Are The Mileage Restrictions?
Renters may drive for unlimited miles within the counties of Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach. Trips outside of these counties are not allowed.
How Much Is A Deposit?
We do not ask for a security deposit, but you are welcome to pay a portion of your rental fee to secure reservation (see Fees and Surcharges).
What If I Don't Have Insurance?
No Worries! Every rental includes state-required insurance coverage.
What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept cash or Zelle.
Can I Use Your Vehicles For Uber or Lyft?
Yes. Our vehicles are compliant with both rideshare platforms. Please be advised you are responsible for your own placard.
